Several all nighters! The base/lining for the bodice part is carved out of a painting canvas (which pained me to do so). Every pearl or bead you see was hand strung, some in elastic (the ones you see connecting to the choker [which sadly is above the picture] and detailing between/under everything) and some in wire (the ones you see lining the upper boob area) to keep the shape. All the shiny and blue things were bought from hobby lobby, and it was just a matter of using hot glue and some more-

-wire to attach everything to the canvas. As for the skirt, it was thrifted, but it was A-line and a few sizes too big, so I had to make it fitted and add the sequined strips of fabric as well as the pearl linings (again, hand strung). That process was the longest as you can probably imagine. The headpiece was the easiest actually! It has a headband base, shells, more pearls, and blue stones. The ears are made of squishy paper (forgot what it’s called), and all I had to do was outline a base-

-and use it to cut it out. Then, it’s lined with more stringed shiny things, and I wanted the two pearls on each ear because, well, more shiny. I was going to leave it like that, but then I tried it on and felt like it was missing something, so I made the ears connect to the top of the headband with the same shiny strings that the ears are lined with. For the makeup, I tried the fishnet hack, but it wasn’t tight enough and all blended together, so I used concealer to make the geometric patterns-

-to make the scale illusion, which you can tell most obviously with the blue portion since I was running out of time at that point and couldn’t blend properly lol. Aaand I think that’s it! Nails were just press ons bought from Walmart, no DIY there. Thank you for asking me about it! I enjoyed making everything🩷
