Lmao got yelled at under a post after voicing my reservations about yet another ceasefire, because it was somehow“undermining” the hopeful celebrations of Palestinians… Like Israel hasn’t violated every ceasefire so far, multiple times. Like, I’m sorry, can we come back to reality for a minute - ignoring historical precedent it is only gonna cost us more lives…

trust me, the Palestinians in Gaza are on the same page as you, you’re absolutely right to feel that way. of course they’re going to be hopeful that things will get better ever so slightly after witnessing hell on earth, but they know more than anyone how evil israel is and how their definition of a ceasefire means “you cease, i fire”.
