Sharing your feelings is never a burden, not for the right people. Whoever made you feel that way is the problem, not you. Work on starting sentences with “I feel” i.e. “I feel like you’re being distant” “I feel like you’re ignoring me” or even “when you do [blank] it makes me feel [blank]” this allows you to express how you feel while leaving room for the other party to explain their side.
