ex bsf was like this. take it from me, slowly distance yourself or just start removing them from socials. they’re going to get mad at you and blame you but you can be honest and tell them you do not like the lying etc, and they’ll eventually move on w their life after trying to beg you to stay

They only change if they want to but then have to see it and most pathological liars don’t see it so you just have to leave or learn to accept that you can’t trust them completely
