Hi! You can work through your trust issues. It’s way easier with some pro help. Trust me ( haha) - I’ve been working on them a lot - or so I thought, but apparently I just built a mini fortress so I’m super lonely - even when I do think I have a friend/s. Do small things to trust yourself -little by little- then you will internally develop your trust compass… and be more open to others. But get a prof therapist/counsekor- bc they probably could work on this in a few seshs for you!
