I’ve been having a lot of health issues lately, and in result I pretty exhausted by 2pm most days, I also work two jobs that are both outside and the heat makes me even more exhausted. I’ve canceled a few plans here and there and I feel bad (pt 1)

Bc I make these plans so far in advance that I obviously don’t know how I’ll feel and I hate giving the excuse that I’m tired from working when a lot of my friends work more than me, longer hours and such. I just don’t want to be the person whose health issues is the main thing about her. I try to avoid canceling but some days I know it’s for the better bc I’d just be inattentive and want to sleep the whole time. Do I tell my friends? Or do I just not say anything? (Pt3) Just tell me I’m making excuses, but idk. Also I’m sorry if this doesn’t make sense, I’m just rambling. Also if anyone’s had this issue lmk, bc I’m like 99% sure its related to my thyroid but I haven’t been able to get into the doctor yet
