i recently had a friend fall out. my mental health i feel was the cause of it. and now it’s worse than ever and i don’t know how much longer i can take but i feel like they’d just be annoyed if i reached out that i need someone to talk to. i feel trapped

it’s so hard bc i don’t want to come off as my mental health excusing my actions but it really is a big contributing factor :/ now i feel like everything is fucked
