Tell him how ur feeling and see if there’s ways to improve how you feel? If nothing changes, make plans to leave and break up

Girl don’t do it. I just broke up with the man I thought I was going to be here for the rest of my life. If he’s your best friend make it work somehow. If you break up he’s completely out of the picture and you don’t have him anymore.
