Consider: kill them. Metaphorically. Just explain that it’s bad for you and go no contact. Guarantee anyone why hears that lineage of transitions won’t judge you. Don’t kill yourself over them, they can’t win

Dude I’m losing sleep. Could only get 3 hours last night when I’m usually amounting to 8+. I can physically feel my appetite and me not eating for the rest of the year. Brother will I make to tomorrow let alone the retirement home

You don’t. Idk if you can have anyone there to comfort you but if you can, find them. Distract yourself. One hour at a time. It’s not easy it’s not gonna be easy but there will be a day where you go all day without thinking about it. You just have to get there
