How to get over anxiety?

Honestly, I just started bringing myself out a bit more. I’m still anxiety ridden, but I’ve improved over the span of three years. It’s hard, but maybe try to compliment a person once in a while (it’s what I did). The other thing I started really thinking about is how much I’ve missed out on life being controlled by my anxiety. So, I started carefully shifting my mindset. Things I use to find terrifying now are just mildly uncomfortable.

It’s a long and hard process, but trust me! You can do it. Some days are going to be worse, and you may feel like eveything is gaining on you, but you got this. Don’t let anxiety control you😇👍🏻
