Honestly, I just started bringing myself out a bit more. I’m still anxiety ridden, but I’ve improved over the span of three years. It’s hard, but maybe try to compliment a person once in a while (it’s what I did). The other thing I started really thinking about is how much I’ve missed out on life being controlled by my anxiety. So, I started carefully shifting my mindset. Things I use to find terrifying now are just mildly uncomfortable.
