I felt like this and I started to really put myself out there end of sophomore year (november) which felt like it was late, in that month I made and connected with friends. Then next sem I made great friends. It’s never too late

That was me sophomore year and I made one friend and we’re still friends! We’re both seniors now. Give it time, you’ll find your people.
