I hate to tell you this but it’s possible that they’re being vague because they don’t want to hang out with you

if they consistently are dodging plan making they don't want to hang out or make the effort. stop being the one to make the plans and if they don't make the plans then they don't deserve your beautiful ass and aren't worthy of your time. it's going to suck if that happens (i've been there) but in the end you'll be more at peace
