Having done some internships, just say “I’m down to, but I’m not 21 yet”. They’ll understand since you can’t help it. They might choose a different spot. You also could go and just order a non-alcoholic drink like soda

you can also ask around ab bars that allow underage or dont card or are loose w fakes
