Took me a while too, hung out with pretty much only girls freshman year of college but got buried alive in drama. Ended up finding great male friends and then eventually I found good female friends that were either dramaless or respected me enough to not stress me out with drama.

Its tough for me too. First it was because i was too weird, then i was too gay, then even when i found a progressive group they ostracized me for not “acting” gay enough (lmao). I think its just dumb (bad) luck, hopefully people grow out of acting like that

Best advice I’d give you is just be yourself and act the same as you would with ur male friends. From my experience, girls find it weird when you try too hard to fit in with them. Be yourself, if they fw then they stay if not then oh well people come and go.

I understand and feel your struggle. But we got this🩷 we'll def meet our people eventually. Just embrace who you are and remember that good friends are usually hard to lose
