
i think the most important thing is expanding your world without them. you still need to have fun and do things and create memories. it’s normal to miss them and especially miss someone to have to do activities with. but you need to take yourself! and meet new ppl! and laugh!! you need to be your own bestie and hopefully you have some others ones or you make some soon :) maybe join a club or a church
I can’t say this advice will help, because I’m still struggling with friendship breaks up, but (mostly in the beginning) I remove everything that remains me if them (if you don’t want to delete pictures/message chats then I recommend archiving them so you can’t see them). It’s also good to work through shifting your positive feelings associated with them to something else, so you don’t feel stuck missing them all the time.
