cool is relative. i believe you’re cool when you’re finally independent and doing things for yourself. go to that club you always wanted to join, advocate for the promotion you deserve, and being honest with people and the ones you love about boundaries and expectations. you’ll never be disappointed if you know you’re living life the way YOU want.

for me understanding my core values (respect, loyalty and acceptance) help me stay consistent and confident. i expect those things from my peers and i give those in return. I am confident in my values and they’re consistent.

when u have that knocked down ur not gonna say anything people find weird or not cool because people like to be around someone who makes them feel good about themselves. Don’t ever change who u are to fit in either because if sally doesn’t like sushi and i do people will see me as an individual and have more respect for me
