Honestly, just go up to them and talk to them. Follow their Instagram if their page comes across yours. DM them. Start a convo. The worst they’ll say is no. And honestly, everyone is looking to make new friends, and most of them are just too scared to say something first.

Whenever I hear people talking near me and they look like they’re doing something I just pull up, full confidence and go “what’re y’all up to? It looks like you’re having fun” and then if whatever they says they’re doing sounds fun I just ask “mind if I join you?” Then introduce yourself.
