I wish my school had a furry club. I can kinda see why they don’t but the group of furries on campus all have closed off meetups and gc’s. There’s no way to actually join unless you know someone in the group ig :(

All the clubs my college has to offer are either athletic or music related. I could make my own but I feel like I’d be trolled more than taken serious lol

Yeah that happens during the big club day we have with all the clubs but after that it’s pretty left alone and safe

So jealous of my CA and FL friends fr. I’m in Michigan so I feel you 😭 doesn’t seem like there’s a strong sense of community even in the big cities here, only ones I see are sex obsessed

I’m sort of next to Kansas City in Missouri, and even in the city you’ll find racist rednecks so chances are there isn’t many here either. Closest convention to me is in like Oklahoma also

That sucks, I know furries that live around me but I have no way of knowing where they actually are, I just know they’re here. I know people enjoy being anonymous and secretive in this fandom but trying to make friends in this fandom makes it hard because of the anonymity

Yea it truly sucks. I’ll go to our involvement fair next semester and see if there is an official club but during the last fair there wasn’t one listed in the pamphlet

Not at all people have to join somehow right? Maybe you could make a partial or full suit post of your own and see if they reach out first? Maybe tag them or the school or something
