in the original 1993 doom the programmer john carmack used an incorrect digit of pi in the code which didn’t affect anything really because it was the tenth digit but since the source code is public and can be modified for fun at home by anyone, some have tried replacing the (incorrect) original version of pi with other random numbers to see if it will compile and if so if it can be played in any reasonable way.
