As a reminder, abusing “new user” deals on Ali Express for cheap gaming stuff is a 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 idea. Example, $0.99 and no shipping was insane for this phone controller thing. It even works with ISBC as a controller for other stuff. So good for emulators.

Things To Note. 1) No, it doesn’t plug into the phone with Lightning/USB-C, it’s a wireless controller. While this does make it easier in case you change phones (example: older iPhone to USB-C model,) it does mean that the small amount of input lag on cloud gaming b will still be there. 2) Kinda annoying to charge phone while using it. 3) Has different controller styles, for iPhone connection shows up as a DUELSCHOCK 4 controller.

4) Not seen in this picture, does have tiggers (buttons, not analog sadly) and 2 back buttons, although back buttons are kinda weird to program so I haven’t done it yet. 5) As I said, can be used as a controller for non-phone stuff with USB-C from controller to the device OR Bluetooth. I’ve used it for emulator stuff on my iPad for example. It does work on PC/Mac, not sure if it works on Xbox or PlayStation, probably doesn’t work on Switch since Nintendo is a real bitch about third-party stuff😒

Sadly I can’t really give the name or link since these things pop up on Ali Express then sell out all the time, but putting in stuff like “phone controller” 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 eventually bring it up. And since it’s that kinda product, there are probably about 20 companies making the exact same thing. Honestly a great steal if you can find one for $5 or less, especially if you take advantage of constant sales and create a new account for the new member deal like I did.
