I prefer casual as sometimes I get bored playing the same hero. I usually like being a healer (Moira, Lucio, or recently Ana). If I go damage I like mei, torbjorn, symmetra, and soldier.

I mainly play Ana and Mei, sometimes various tanks. Ranked or casual is fine but casual is probably better bc sometimes my computer randomly crashes
