Like how did last of us get a show (game was okayish to me kinda overhyped and felt more like a tell tale game with some action bits) when this shit is a monster of a game and havent beaten yet but feels like it coulda done its own series easy

From what I’ve seen the gameplay of Days Gone looks great but the writing and characters seem really unlikeable and corny to me (that wedding scene where she says she’ll marry him if he rides her more than the bike, good lord lol.) Still, very cool to see a game set in my home state, made by devs in my home state, that has a lot of cool locales I’ve been to living here

Yeah the biker wedding was cringe but theres a different cutscene later that explains why she did that (sort of an inside joke thing since she hated the club stuff etc) which isnt too far from what ive seen in my hometown either for the MCs so to see that bit poked fun at was good along with the writing for some of the exmil characters like kouri Fuck skizzo tho all my homies hate skizzo

If they make a sequel it’d be cool to visit Portland, a big city environment with that game’s mechanics would probably be pretty cool

Just got the secret ending yeah they could do a lot for a sequel but even a prequel in portland or some shit be cool or another survivor group etc
