He's bitching about people before even meeting them... he's a dick. No one wants to play with someone like that. He's acting like everyone else is unemployed and has nothing better to do than talk to him.

“Looking for people to play with online for a quick couple games occasionally, can’t really grind games since I’m usually pretty busy” is a good way to phrase that without sounding like a dick

Personally I don’t really get that vibe. Seems more like he just doesn’t want to make friends with people who expect him to play 24/7. I have met those types of people, I get it. Then they make you feel bad for not being able to play. It’s just a hassle
