Buy used previous gen parts. FB Marketplace and Ebay are your friend here. I was able to build a pretty potent AM4 rig for $500.

Even then it’ll be an inconvenience for the rich. Why would they bother owning a physical device that they need to maintain when they can just pay for the premium cloud gaming desktop while building credit on their American Express Black Card.

What the actual fuck are you talking about lmaooo. Rich people do not spend their own money. Do you seriously think credit is for the poor? If I know I have the means of affording everything I can purchase, why tf would I use my own money for it when I get benefits for using someone else’s after inevitably paying them back? All rich people ONLY use credit. You are stupid if you can afford using credit and still use debit.
