Just to add to this, some alternatives to an RTX 3080 would be Radeon RX 6800 XT, radeon rx 6800, or radeon rx 7800. These may be easier to find or be notably cheaper but will be comparable in performance (in some cases better in other cases worse).

And if you are willing to invest the time I’d highly recommend looking into building your own PC. It takes a lot of research and watching youtube but once you’ve done that its not actually all that difficult and it lets you have more control over fixing your pc if something goes wrong or upgrading it instead of buying a whole new prebuilt.

Ill also say the RTX 3080 is hardly a requirement to have good performance in the mentioned games. It is just a recommended card because it should still be pretty good at running games that come out 5 years from now. The cards I mentioned should be about the same. Some cheaper cards like the 3060, 3070, 6600 will run the games you mentioned but are more likely to struggle on upcoming titles
