I’ve had my phone’s autofill feature try to input random names, unrelated words, and even misspellings that I frequently make recently

It’s related? I was explaining that iPhone autofill has more recently been filling in words that don’t exist, or that are misspellings

YEAH SAME I think it tries to adapt to our writing styles now. Like some words I consistently do all caps so whenever I write them lowercase they autocorrect to the caps version. It’s crazy

All caps has no impact on spelling.
