One S or Series S? the names are extremely confusing for most people

If you actually mean the One S from 2015, no. The slight performance increase isn’t really worth it and it never was. Save and put that towards a Series X or S as you can still get good deals on refurbished ones if you want to stick with Xbox.

No, series x or don’t upgrade. The series S made sense for some who were upgrading at the time it released as a low cost option. In 2026 would say it’s a literal waste of money.
