I’d go for her c1 simply just for iansan copies, but her weapon is slightly better (assuming planning to use natlan supports) and very universal. Also Emile’s weapon is only really good if you have her

You could also build pity for iansan on mauvika banner, then pull on Citlali rerun when she comes out, worst case scenario you just get c1 mauvika
