My opinion, there’s no such thing as over communication. Map knowledge helps so much forgiving, callouts, and receiving them because the faster you can understand the information the faster you can respond. I would say another thing is play what you enjoy, so if team death matches a little too fast paced, maybe switch to search and destroy or capture the flag maybe. And just go from there.
