I'm so so sorry 🫶🫶 the first time I had a doctor do this I was like 11 or 12, and I think she was trying to do it as a scare tactic, but all it did was give me a newfound insecurity for my weight that l've had ever since. I hope you found someone to hangout with. And I know that I don’t know your situation or the circumstances, but just remember that "fat" DOES NOT equal "bad” or “ugly,” even though society has tried to tell us otherwise

i think he did it in a relatively good way. he mainly framed it as in i just need to exercise more or i’m gonna have joint replacements in the future and be a frail old woman, rather than “ur unhealthy” but it still kinda stung :(
