Honestly.. just how the cookie crumbles w removing eye makeup sometimes - happens to me too

Clinique take off the day makeup remover and cotton rounds from target

are you moisturizing properly? could be dry skin reaction.

Does tend to be due to dryness tho so I recommend what 1 is suggesting
