It’s just that I don’t think people flirting with me automatically means they want me 😭 Nor do I want to go out with every person who flirts with me. It’s just nice to be flirted with sometimes, and it sucks when my friend swoops in and makes that good feeling go away

Honestly it’s probably her trying to make herself feel better that she wasn’t the one who got flirted with. I’d just make a comment like “it’s interesting you keep saying that” and see where it goes
