I swear thin ppl or ppl who have never struggled with food or significant weight loss/gain have no idea of what it’s really like and instead just judge

They also don’t understand that being slightly underweight poses A LOT more health problems than being slightly overweight does. Last yr my specialists were practically begging me to gain weight and it helped a lot of issues

It’s crazy how I was made to feel like I was huge when I was a couple lbs overweight. I’m really tired of the fake concern. Esp bc when they do lose weight you guys tell them they look sickly too. Ppl need to mind their business

fr and like how are they determining what it means to be overweight? bc some common older metrics are straight up not thorough enough to actually correctly identify what is healthy vs unhealthy weight (bmi is a major example of this, it doesn’t take body composition into account and was developed on a very limited sample of ppl)

As a skinny girl growing up w/ other skinny’s that were judgmental was annoying af. Maybe it’s bc I had a dad and brother that struggled w/ weight but it’s genuinely not that hard to not be a bitch. Not everyone’s experience is the same as yours. Like 10/10 times somebody is overweight they are well aware of the risks it poses . It feels the same as Christians trying to force their religion upon ppl because “I just care so much, I don’t want them going to hell!!”
