High school theater directors are insane. My senior show I was extremely depressed and not doing well and I had to cry basically the whole show, and my mom went to the director and told her I wasn’t doing well and needed a break and she ignored her Like my dad had died less than a year before and I was clearly not myself

completely agree with #2 high school theatre directors ARE insane. my friend was getting his costume approved and she told him “that’s fine just make sure to suck in a little more” like ???? for the whole show ????
