He sounds weird, I’m sorry. It doesn’t make sense. He doesn’t want a relationship but is being touchy/feely with you?? Does he or does he not want a relationship, because you can’t have your cake and eat it too. I think boundaries need to be established. If you can’t commit to me or a relationship, we’re not gonna do all that a relationship entails (like being touchy feely).

Exactly my thoughts. He can be extremely oblivious though (trust its actually so bad) so Ive been thinking about sitting down with him and being like "this is basically a relationship. You have this or you dont?" But i wasnt sure if it was just me or not...
