I just need to rant. My coworker who I had a crush on kissed me at a work party a few months ago. I was new, but I knew him before I got the job. Long story short it didn’t end well and now it feels like everyone at my job hates me and idk what to do

Also I don’t want to quit bc I don’t want him or my other coworkers to have the satisfaction of bullying me into quitting. I can’t even go to HR bc it’s his dad.
