My neighbors are late 30s and will have LOUD sex all the time. I literally avoid my front room bc of it. Do I just write a note atp? I feel like they should know everyone can hear w/ how old our building is and not have to be told ☹️they are legit grown

they also have like 8-12 y/o old kids they are probably traumatizing — it will be middle of the day, and not just banging or whatever, I literally hear their voices 😖

my upstairs neighbor used to be like this so my man n i would just start laughing really loud anytime they started and they would hear us and get embarrassed lol

maybe file a noise complaint with your office? ik it’s the middle of the day but couldn’t that be considered an exception since it’s like uncomfortable for many ppl to hear

my landlord is just this old kooky guy so telling him feels soo awkward, but I think I will have to if the note doesn’t work / they get offended ? idk I am worried how they will react

tbh if they have kids old enough to comprehend what’s happening they def have tole them already and they just don’t care i’m sure your also not the only person who hears them and other ppl have probably already complained so more complaints from more ppl just show the landlord how many ppl it’s truly effecting yk?
