Coming on here to say I have an IUD. No I have not gained weight, I used to lose so much blood during and almost pass out. IUD has stopped that

Check and see if going under anesthesia is covered for you, it was for me and I got my IUD put in in the OR. The procedure was like most covered.

I have the mirena. It’s better for girls who experience heavier flows in my opinion
