Do you think it’s ok for me to try to leave a really kind note about my next door neighbors TV being really loud like till 12 and 130 and even one time it was at 3:30 AM… like I know I have no control over them, of course! But I just wanna try.. it sucks

That’s totally fine especially if it’s worded kindly and if they aren’t willing to turn it down even a little or take the note as being to demanding then that just makes them and asshole

It’s on my bedroom wall i literally moved my bed to the other side to help and I still hear it!

Ugh I hope so, I’m just worried. I would not wanna start anything because they’ll know it’s me for sure, and i genuinely wanna be kind!! It’s not the end of the world. It just rlly sucks. I’m thinking of moving my room into the living room ( other side of apartment) because the road is right next to my bedroom too and it sucks, so that would solve the tv problem, but idk which will be better for me to do. And it’s a little weird to have my bed in my living room lol

Haha I get you, i will also do anything to avoid conflict if I can, but it’s your living space too. They might also not realize how loud the tv is. You really aren’t asking for much, obviously you can’t expect to never hear a peep out of your neighbors, but if this is a regular occurrence that is easily resolvable you are well within your rights to ask at least.
