this is the corniest advice but as someone else with this combo something that has made everything a lot easier for me is going on walks outside. like if you can just force yourself to get outside and go for a walk something about the sunlight and moving or whatever makes it that much easier to do the shit I actually need to do
that BLOWS omg I’m so sorry, in that case my final recommendation is regular exercise and creatine. I started lifting weights abt a year ago and it has helped me so much with motivation and general mood. seeing the numbers go up is so satisfying. If you can’t get into the gym for whatever reason, STILL TAKE CREATINE!! Recently studies show it has similar effects to SSRIs on depression even if you’re not lifting regularly while on it. one scoop a day w water or juice, I swear by it
