Try Panoxyl face wash, vanicream moisturizer, and some form of adapalene, and a mineral sunscreen (Korean is best)

if what u try otc doesn't work, see a dermatologist

I dont have the money to see a dermatologist let alone the expensive products they’ll recommend

If you have insurance it’s usually inexpensive. I pay $10 for my prescription
