I used to get them all the time and have been fortunate to have them less frequently. I was always so embarrassed because people associate them with sex. I had to be hospitalized once because it got to my kidneys and my sister misheard and thought it was an STI. Like bruh I just swam in the lake and my body freaked out

mine do come from sex but i got them before that too, i have a horrible immune system so my body just accepts every germ in and it’s so annoying😭😭😭 i HATE peeing in these damn cups
