I mean i do it and im a lesbian 🤷‍♀️ but with men its helpful to acknowledge sex is about pleasure and your pleasure is just as important as your partners'. Keeping tabs on the dynamic and the gender roles there is also important but dont let it serve as a barrier to having fun
