anyone else’s scalp like, HURTS after wearing ur hair in one direction all day? usually i get the nice tingles when i flip it again but lately it’s been actually hurting and idk why 🥴 i literally wear my hair in a loose low pony

i found out semi-recently that it can hurt like that if ur scalp is dirty/oily. the hair follicles gets inflamed from the buildup & thats why it hurts when u move ur hair. it happens to me sometimes

i wash my hair multiple times a week though 😞😞😞 but i def do notice the discomfort more on wash day
