we’re more accurate in the mirror even though it’s reversed, let me tell you why. cameras only take the 2d of your face, while mirrors are 3d which is what people see. people see a mix of 2d and 3d

camera shading, angles and the lens really add weight and make your face wider, iphones are known to do this and sometimes i didn’t even recognize my family because of how it distorts people
