This is exactly why I don’t work out😔 I hate the feeling of exercise and I don’t feel the joy other people feel during/after, I just feel horrible lmao so when I try to work out for a few weeks and my body looks exactly the same, I just stop exercising so I stop feeling terrible all the time😭😭
