genuine question can yall sense when ur period starts? like something in me shifts i can just tell it started. like sometimes ill have some discharge and be like wait lemme check idk but when its my period i just immediately know no questions

i feel like this is normal but i mentioned it while stretching with my volleyball team back in high school and they were all like wtf r u talking about it’s always a surprise for me so i need to know

No that’s normal. I can tell cuz I get upset over theeeee most mundane shit and I’m like😃period is cominggggg. Plus I also just know my cycle always falls around the same time every month

no i dont mean that way like the second the period starts the shift happens. its not like sensing the symptoms im talking about the second blood comes out i can tell its blood not discharge or something. like with discharge ill have moments like wait i need to go check but when its my period its like oh yup this is my period not discharge and im 100% sure of it

idk how to describe it very well but it’s not sensing symptoms it’s sensing the SECOND my period starts. no questions just my vibe changes and my period is here. i can’t tell when it’s over tho i wear a pad until i go a couple hours with absolutely nothing then hope for the best lol
