so my landlord decided that me and my roommates are getting our bedrooms remodeled. they told us that we would be tomorrow (thurs). surprise! they moved it to today:| so this morning, instead of taking a nice bath like i planned, i’ve been moving all of my stuff out of my room and into the hallways.

the worst part is, they’ve made it clear that if we don’t have our rooms cleared out, they’ll charge us a $250 fee to do it. part of me has alarm bells going off that they planned to do it this way to collect more fees. makes me worry about other units in our building.
