
I’ve lost some weight in two years, but starting at a lower weight than OP. My biggest thing is doing your TDEE online and you have to track calories as much as people may tell you not to. Weight loss is literally about calorie deficits and nothing more, so if you don’t know what you’re taking in, then it will be extremely difficult to change. After I did that, I started meal planning and cutting out my biggest opp, snacking. I just chew gum now if I get the urge to boredom eat and do my DBT
