Is tracking your calories a bad thing? I’ve heard so mixed things but I’m trying to lose fat 😭

Some people can’t do it because they become obsessed with it. If you stay aware and use trusted medical sources to figure out the best deficit based on your body (most likely going to be minimum 1,200 a day) then it is a clinically proven way to lose weight.

It’s different for everyone, but I found it too difficult to and i like food… i started losing weight + gaining visible muscle (especially abs+arms) after I tracked ONLY protein & fat

That’s what works for you! I use noom and eat between 1,300 and 1,600 a day based on my activity levels and body composition.
